Even a beginner can easily prepare a delicious cake. The convenience of this recipe is also that eggs do not need to be divided into whites and yolks. Accordingly, time is saved and less dishes get dirty. The finished biscuit can be smeared with cream or served just like that.

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
  • Sugar - 180 g
  • Flour - 210 g
  • Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
  • Salt - on the tip of the knife
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.
  • Water (boiling water) – 50 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. You should get a lush light mass.

Add baking powder and sifted flour. Gently mix with a spatula.

Pour boiling water, vegetable oil and mix again.

Put the dough in a split mold and bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
