Well, who can resist a delicious, fragrant and very appetizing strawberry cake? But it is not always convenient and expedient to prepare it, besides it takes time. I offer a perfect solution to the problem – a small but delicious bento cake with strawberries

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Separate the whites and whisk with salt and half the sugar until firm peaks.

Beat the yolks with the rest of the sugar until fluffy. Add coconut chips.

Bake the biscuit on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes at 170 degrees, let it cool and cut into cakes of the desired shape.

For the cream layer, whisk all the ingredients with a mixer until fluffy.

Mix sugar, starch and strawberries, bring to a boil and boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring.

For impregnation, heat the milk and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Soak the cakes.

Smear the cakes with cheese cream, top with jam, and assemble the bento cake.
