- Sugar - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the melted butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour and baking powder.
Knead the dough. If necessary, add a couple of spoonfuls of flour.
Put the dough into the mold, repeating the outlines of its bottom and sides. In fact, a kind of plate of dough is being molded.
Put the black currant mixed with starch on top.
Beat the cooled proteins with sugar and salt until sharp peaks.
Put the whites on the berries and smooth with a spatula.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. If possible, use the convection mode.
