Coffee panna cotta is an ideal dessert of creamy consistency with the taste of bitter coffee. If you sprinkle grated chocolate on top, the taste becomes even more intense and pleasant.
Ingredients
- Cream (33%) – 500 ml
- Coffee (espresso) – 80 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Milk chocolate - 100 g
- Gelatin - 12 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
We start the preparation of this dessert with coffee. Brew a strong espresso. If you have instant coffee, then make it very strong and leave it to cool.
Pour some warm water and soak the gelatin. We'll need it later.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stir constantly so that it does not burn. You can melt it in the microwave, but do not put it on for more than 20 seconds, and after taking it out, mix it.
Put the cream on the fire, add sugar. Stir constantly until it boils. Once the cream has boiled, remove it from the heat.
Pour part of the cream into the chocolate and mix well. Add the second half of the cream and mix again.
Add coffee and gelatin to the mixture, mix well, pour into the creamers and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
When serving, rub the chocolate on top or pour melted.
