Treat your family with an unusual treat, prepare a delicious salad with shrimp, avocado and vegetables. It may well replace even a full-fledged snack. If desired, add boiled potatoes, rice or bulgur.
Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce - 1 bundle
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter (for frying shrimp) – 40 g
- Shrimp (cleared) – 150 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the salad under running water, shake lightly, disassemble the leaves and tear them into small pieces with your hands.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, mix with soy sauce and set aside for 10 minutes.
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel from the seeds and chop.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the shrimp and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Add the garlic passed through the press, turn off and cover for 5 minutes.
Put the salad leaves on a wide plate. Top with avocado, tomatoes, shrimp and bell pepper.
Sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper and pour olive oil.
