Cakes for sour cream can be made even without an oven. I'm telling you how to cook them in a frying pan! Perhaps the cake will turn out not so high and airy, but this does not affect its taste in any way. A real salvation if the oven is not at hand!
Ingredients
For cakes:
- Flour - 210 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Lemon zest - 1 art.l.
For cream:
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam and add the sifted flour with baking powder.
Mix until smooth and add the zest.
At the end, add the melted cooled butter and whisk again at low speed.
Pour the dough into a frying pan on parchment and cook the biscuit under the lid for 25-30 minutes on low-medium heat.
When the biscuit cools down, cut into cakes.
Whisk the ingredients for the cream until smooth and assemble the sour cream. Let it soak.
