There are dozens of variations of homemade raffaello, and they all resemble the original to varying degrees. This PP recipe can hardly be called a perfect copy. But it turns out a very tasty and delicate coconut delicacy, which is impossible to resist.
Ingredients
- Nut paste (coconut) – 250 g
- Coconut chips - 130 g
- Almonds - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix coconut paste and 100 g of coconut chips.
Form balls and press almonds into each one.
Roll the balls in coconut chips.
