Classic tiramisu is a very delicious and delicate dessert. But it can be made even tastier and more tender by adding a little berries. I really liked adding raspberries, so I will gladly share with you the recipe that I use myself. The home is delighted!
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 20 pieces
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Cream (33%) – 200 ml
- Coffee - 150 ml
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Cognac - 30 ml
- Cocoa - 15 g
- Raspberry - 2-3 handfuls
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the coffee with the horse.
Whisk cream and 2 tsp powdered sugar until fluffy.
Add mascarpone and mix gently.
Whisk the whites and 1 tsp powdered sugar until fluffy.
Whisk the remaining powdered sugar with white yolks.
Gradually add the yolks and whites to the cheese mass, and mix gently.
Put a little cream in a mold or in glasses.
Moisten savoyardi in coffee and lay out the next layer. Put raspberries between the cookies.
Lay out the cream layer again, and repeat the layers until the end of the ingredients. There should be cream on top.
Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then garnish with raspberries.
