Ingredients
- Cream (33-35%) – 300 ml
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Vanilla sugar - 8 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cold cream with the cold whisk mixer.
Continuing to beat, add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Continue whipping for another 2-5 minutes until fluffy.
Pour the mass into a container and send the ice cream to the freezer overnight.
