Ingredients
- Bitter chocolate - 100 g
- Egg yolks - 3 pieces
- Cream (33% fat content) – 250 ml
- Sugar - 85 g
- Milk - 1,5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Break the chocolate bar into pieces and put it in a small saucepan.
Pour in the milk and heat over low heat until the chocolate has completely melted.
In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar with the egg yolks. Continuing to beat, pour in the milk-chocolate mixture.
Put a saucepan on the fire, boil until thickened, but do not boil.
Remove the pan from the heat, put it in a basin with ice water and cool it.
Whisk the cooled cream until thick.
Add the prepared mixture and mix well.
Put the ice cream in a wide bowl, cover with a film and put it in the freezer for 3 hours. When serving, add a sprig of mint, chocolate or nuts.
