If you have some air rice left that you don't know where to put – why not cook such a treat? This is something between store-bought goats and energy bars, which have become so popular in the wake of interest in proper nutrition.
Ingredients
- Fig (air) – 50 g
- Cranberries (dried) – 80 g
- Sunflower seeds - 4 tbsp.l .
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Hazelnuts (chopped) – 50 g
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Corn Sticks - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the dry ingredients, add honey and mix.
Put the mass on the parchment in a 1-1.5 cm thick layer.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes and cut into strips.
