Bento cherry cake has conquered many hearts becoming a trend this season. Airy chocolate sponge cake, chocolate cream cream, delicious cherry sauce with cherry slices will not leave you indifferent to this dessert.

- Flour - 90 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 90 g
- Cocoa - 10 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 12 g
- Cherry - 200 g
- Sugar - 35 g
- Corn Starch - 15 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Milk chocolate - 100 g
- Cream (33%) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar to a thick foam. Add vegetable oil, baking powder, cocoa and whisk until smooth. The biscuit dough is ready.
Prepare the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180C. Put parchment on the bottom of the mold, pour out the dough and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Prepare the cherry filling. Put the cherries in a saucepan, put them on the fire and cook until the cherry gives juice. Add sugar and starch and cook for another 5 minutes until thickened.
For the cream, melt the white chocolate in a water bath, add cream, cottage cheese and whisk with a blender until smooth.
Shape the cake. Cut the sponge cake into two cakes. On the first one, make a side of the cream. Put the cherries in the middle and pour the cream on top. Put a sponge cake, smear with cream. For decoration, you can pour melted milk chocolate over the cake.
