Catch one of the most original recipes of homemade bars – based on banana and apple. Unlike nuts and dried fruits, it is better not to cook this option for the future. Enough for one or two times. But they are so easy to do that it is not a problem.
Ingredients
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Apples - 1 piece
- Oat bran - 1 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Flaxseed flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sunflower seeds - 1 handful
- Sesame - 1 handful
- Oat flakes - 70 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix banana, apple, honey and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
Separately chop the dry ingredients, add them there and mix the mass.
Lay it out in an even layer on parchment and cut it immediately.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
