Coconut cheesecakes are very tasty, tender and unusual. There are several recipes, but today I want to offer you my favorite. This option will appeal to adults and children, and it can even be safely served to guests for dessert.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Coconut chips - 80 g
- Semolina - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the eggs with salt and sugar and mix well.
Add semolina with coconut chips, mix again and leave the dough for 10 minutes.
Form cheesecakes, roll in a small amount of semolina and fry on both sides.
Serve with your favorite topping or sauce.
