In summer, in addition to cheesecakes and ice cream, I often cook marshmallows. All kinds of berries and fruits that just come to hand are used. I especially like blackberry marshmallows. Today I will share with you the recipe of this wonderful dessert.

- Blackberries - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the blackberries, rinse and grind in a blender.
Put the resulting mass into a saucepan with a thick bottom and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, brush with vegetable oil.
Lay out the blackberry billet with a layer of about 0.5-1 cm. Dry for 6 hours in the oven at 65 degrees.
Separate the finished blackberry pastille from the paper, cut and roll.
