It is not so easy to find really delicious ice cream in the store. Especially if you prefer some unusual flavors and additives. For example, everyone at home just loves apricot ice cream. So I'm doing it on my own.
Ingredients
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Apricots - 450 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots, fill the fruits with water and boil for 10-15 minutes until soft.
Add sugar, mix and grind everything with a blender. Grind through a sieve if desired.
Whisk cold sour cream. Add the cooled apricot mass and mix.
Put the workpiece in a container or in molds and send it to the freezer.
