The variety of recipes for PP cakes is much more than it might seem at first glance. PP diet should not be boring at all, because the essence of PP is not in restrictions as such, but in a harmonious balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. This time I will share recipes for poppy seed cake.
Ingredients
- Mac - 50 g
- Kefir - 100 ml
- Walnuts - 40 g
- Coconut oil - 15 g
- Almond flour - 40 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar substitute - 1 tsp. to taste
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the poppy seeds with nuts in a blender.
Separate the yolks and whites, and whisk the whites to peaks with salt.
Mix all ingredients except proteins until smooth.
Gently stir in the whites with a spatula and pour the dough into the mold.
Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees and then leave for another 15-20 minutes in the oven turned off slightly open.
