Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, remove the seeds from the plums, add a couple of tablespoons of water to the fruit and simmer until soft.
Rub them through a sieve and boil the puree for another 5-7 minutes on low heat.
Pour it in a thin layer on parchment and dry the pastille in a slightly open oven at a minimum temperature of 6-7 hours.
Slice and roll to taste.
