Of course, classic cheesecakes are made from cottage cheese. But this does not mean that it is impossible to make them with a different cheese base. For example, mascarpone is perfect – it is soft and greasy enough so that the dough has a comfortable and pleasant consistency.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Mascarpone - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cottage cheese, mascarpone and egg with a mixer or rub with a fork. Add sugar as desired.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder and mix the dough.
Form cheesecakes and fry in a frying pan on both sides until browned over medium heat.
