The most delicious fried pork ribs are obtained with vegetables. It's much juicier, more diverse, and you don't need to cook the side dish separately. One frying pan is enough – and a full family dinner will be ready soon.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the ribs in oil almost until tender, turning them over constantly - about 20 minutes.
Put them aside, and fry the vegetables cut into medium pieces in the same pan for 5-7 minutes.
Return the ribs to the vegetables, pour in a couple of spoonfuls of water and season to taste.
Simmer the dish for 10-15 minutes under the lid.
