Greek salad has been popular for many years not only at home, but also far beyond its borders. The recipe has been repeatedly changed, improved and supplemented. Among others, a variant with cheese, olives and iceberg lettuce appeared.
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Iceberg lettuce - 3 leaf
- Olives (without a bone) – 100 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cheese - 150 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and peeled onions.
Tear the salad leaves with your hands.
Mix vegetables, olives, cheese and salad.
Add salt, ground pepper, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice. Gently mix with salad tongs.
