Salad with chicken meat, Peking cabbage, tomatoes and cranberries

Why not cook a hearty chicken salad today. Boil the meat in salted water with spices, chop everything and mix. You will be surprised how simple and delicious it is! You can fill the salad with butter, mayonnaise or yogurt.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Peking cabbage - 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Onion - half
- Cranberries (dried) – 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop chicken fillet, tomatoes, Peking cabbage and peeled onion.
Wash the cranberries with boiling water and dry them thoroughly. Add to the salad.
Add salt, ground pepper, vegetable oil and mix.
