Salads with Peking cabbage are especially popular in the cold season. They are prepared quickly and simply, and the necessary ingredients can be bought at any store for an affordable price. I share a recipe with cucumbers and canned peas!
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 400 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 1 bank
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the Peking cabbage, remove the upper leaves. Cut the head in half, and then chop into strips.
Wash the cucumbers and cut them into thin cubes.
Put the canned peas in a colander and rinse.
Place the Peking cabbage in a deep bowl. Add salt, pour in lemon juice and mix.
Add cucumbers, canned peas, olive oil and mix again.
