Ingredients
- Sprats - 1 bank
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Cucumbers (pickled) – 3-4 pieces
- Fig (boiled) – 1 glass
- Green peas - 1/2 banks
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggs, sprats and cucumbers into pieces of approximately the same size.
Put everything in a salad bowl, add boiled rice and green peas.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix gently.
Serve the salad in a salad bowl or place on a plate with a serving ring.
