- Sprats - 1 bank
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Radish - 5-6 pieces
- Green onion - 2-3 pen
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Crackers - 50 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut each sprat into 4 pieces, and cut the eggs and radishes into cubes.
Finely chop the onion and dill.
Mix the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add the crackers.
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and season the salad. Add salt if necessary.
Serve the salad immediately until the crackers are soaked.
