What could be tastier than solyanka with different types of sausage? All the most delicious products are collected in one plate. Thick soup may well replace the first and second at once. I'm telling you a very simple recipe. In total, the whole process will take you no more than 40 minutes.
Ingredients
- Smoked sausage - 200 g
- Boiled sausage - 200 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olives (without a bone) – 100 g
- Olives (without a bone) – 100 g
- Lemon - half
- Tomato paste - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Parsley - 3 twigs
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Meat broth - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut both types of sausage, onion, potato and lemon.
In a hot frying pan with oil, fry the onion until golden brown.
Add smoked and boiled sausages, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add tomato paste, 200 ml of broth, black pepper peas and simmer for 5 minutes.
Boil the broth, pour in the potatoes and roast. Cover with a lid and boil for 10 minutes.
Add olives, olives, ground pepper and salt. Boil for 5 minutes and turn off.
Serve the finished hodgepodge with lemon slices and parsley.
