Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into medium-sized pieces, rinse and boil for 10 minutes.
Change the water, add the bay leaf and cook for 1 hour over low heat.
Peel and slice potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Sift flour into a separate bowl, add egg, salt and ground black pepper.
Pour 150 ml of hot broth from the pan and knead the dough of medium density.
Pour potatoes into a saucepan with meat, roast and boil for 5 minutes.
Take a little dough with a dessert spoon and dip it into the boiling soup. Cook everything together for 7 minutes.
Add salt, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and turn off after 2 minutes. Leave the finished soup under the lid for 10 minutes.
