I want to share a simple but very pleasant find from Polish everyday cuisine. This is pea soup with sausages and potatoes, which will please all lovers of hearty, rich and fragrant first courses.

Rinse the peas, soak for a couple of hours and rinse again.
Boil it until tender in boiling broth.
Add the sliced potatoes there and cook for 10 minutes. Add the sausages.
Chop the remaining vegetables, fry until soft and mix with flour.
Send the roast to the soup, season to taste and cook until the ingredients are ready.
