I love to cook this mashed soup in the summer, when there are young green peas. In general, you can make it from frozen – the difference is not so significant. Garnish it with greens and sprouted cereals when serving.
Ingredients
- Green peas - 750 g
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Vegetable broth - 1 l
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry until transparent.
Add the chopped potatoes and continue to fry for 5-7 minutes.
Pour boiling broth and boil the soup until the potatoes are ready.
Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add spices and chopped herbs, and chop the soup in a blender.
