Cream soup or puree soup can be made from almost any ingredients. Therefore, this is a delightful space for experimentation. For example, today I want to share one of my favorite recipes with broccoli and herbs.

Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, put in boiling vegetable broth and boil until soft.
Chop all the herbs and garlic in a blender or finely chop with a knife.
Chop the broccoli with a blender, pour in the cream and mix.
Season, add herbs with garlic, chop everything again with a blender and bring to a boil.
Remove the soup from the heat.
