Only mushrooms stuffed with chicken and cheese can be better than chicken with mushrooms and cheese. To make sure the snack is a success, choose large, fresh and whole hats without damage. It is desirable that they are approximately the same size.

- Champignons - 600 g
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and separate the caps from the legs. Chop the legs finely.
Chop the chicken as small as possible or just pass it through a meat grinder.
Chop the greens, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Lightly fry the chicken in vegetable oil, add the chopped legs and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Add sour cream, stir and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
Mix the chicken with the legs, almost all the cheese, herbs and spices to taste.
Carefully stuff the mushroom caps, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
