Sushi cake is an unusual and creative dish that combines elements of sushi and traditional cake. Which, however, is obvious from the name. You can cook it with a wide variety of fillings and ingredients. For example, with avocado.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 120 g
- Rice vinegar - 4 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 300 g
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Philadelphia Cheese - 150 g
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions. Season with vinegar, sugar and salt, and let it cool.
Fry the shrimp in spices until browned.
Peel the avocado, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Lay out a sheet of nori, a layer of rice and a layer of philadelphia.
Then - again a layer of nori, avocado, rice and shrimp.
