I like to cook spring rolls with a variety of fillings. The main thing is that this filling should be light. For example, chicken with vegetables. A great everyday snack for every day, for a picnic or even for a holiday.

- Rice paper - 1 packaging
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken fillet with spices, wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
Cut the chicken into thin slices, and all the vegetables into strips.
Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, mustard and crushed garlic.
Soak the rice paper.
Lay out a lettuce leaf and all the rest of the filling.
Add some sauce and roll the rolls.
