Herring in snacks can be beaten in different ways. For example, I offer such simple and spectacular canapes with Dijon mustard and purple onion. You can sprinkle them with chopped herbs to taste or rub the bread with garlic.
Ingredients
- Black Bread - 4 slices
- Herring - 160 g
- Butter - 4 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 4 tsp.
- Bow purple - 0,5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the brown bread in a frying pan and brush with butter.
Place a slice of herring and a spoonful of Dijon mustard on top.
Put a couple of purple onion feathers on each canape.
