Have you ever used fried Peking cabbage in salads? If not, then it's time to start with this recipe. Spinach, pumpkin and even chickpeas – a ready-made dish can easily surprise you. By the way, in order not to cook chickpeas, take canned.
Ingredients
- Spinach - 1 bundle
- Peking cabbage - 0.5 head
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Chickpeas (boiled or canned) – 200 g
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into slices, sprinkle with a spoonful of oil, sprinkle with spices and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Coarsely chop the Peking cabbage and fry in a frying pan until golden.
Wash the spinach well and dry it.
Put all the ingredients on a plate, add chickpeas and sprinkle the salad with the remaining oil.
