This salad can be served for dessert. Adjust the amount of honey depending on your taste preferences and the sweetness of the fruit. You can also add sugar and pour jam. I lightly fry oat flakes, but it is not necessary to do this.
Ingredients
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Prunes (without a bone) – 6 pieces
- Oat flakes (fast food) – 1 glass
- Cream - 80 ml
- Honey - 3 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice apples, oranges and bananas.
Lightly fry the oat flakes in a dry frying pan.
Wash the prunes with boiling water, dry and chop.
Mix fruits, prunes and ground cinnamon.
Add honey, cream and mix. The salad should be infused for 10-15 minutes.
