An ordinary crab salad looks completely different if you replace or add one or another ingredient. For example, in this recipe I use pickled mushrooms. Their bright piquant taste came in very handy.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 300 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 200 g
- Corn - 1 bank
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and cut into cubes.
Cut cucumbers, onions, mushrooms and crab sticks in the same way.
Add the corn and season the salad with mayonnaise.
