A very unusual salad that will replace the main course. There are greens, crispy fried potatoes, and smoked chicken with mushrooms. For refueling, I use lean mayonnaise or fragrant cheese sauce – to suit the mood.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into slices, roll in spices and flour, and fry in oil until golden. Put it on paper napkins.
Finely chop and fry the mushrooms until the moisture evaporates.
Chop the chicken, grate the cheese and mix with the mushrooms.
Put the salad on the lettuce leaves and add the potato slices. Pour the dressing to taste.
