There is a stereotype that ready-made canned food has nothing to do with diet and proper nutrition. But it's not! You just need to pay attention to the composition. For example, I prefer canned fish in my own juice, and there's definitely nothing superfluous there.
Ingredients
- Canned fish - 2 banks
- Salad mix - 140 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil and chop the quail eggs.
Chop the cherry and onion, mash the canned fish with a fork.
Put everything on the salad mix.
For dressing, mix olive oil, orange juice and Dijon mustard.
