Salad with prunes and mushrooms just can't be boring and banal. Especially if you add a couple more suitable ingredients, which I will tell you about later. As a dressing, I recommend using thick yogurt or fatty sour cream.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Prunes - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Walnuts - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cut into strips or divide into fibers.
Wash the prunes and slice them too. Chop the nuts with a knife.
Chop the mushrooms, fry until the liquid evaporates and pepper.
Mix the salad and garnish to taste.
