In this recipe I prefer to use two types of tomatoes – red and yellow. In combination with chicken and other ingredients, a very juicy, delicious, hearty and healthy salad is obtained. I tell you all the details!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Yellow tomatoes - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken fillet with spices, wrap in foil and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
Chop the chicken, chop the pineapples and both types of tomatoes. Cut the onion into feathers.
Add the arugula and stir the salad. Pepper and sprinkle with balsamic.
