Creamy garlic sauce

I found the perfect sauce recipe for myself! The combination of cream and garlic is simple, delicious and fragrant! It is better to cook in a saucepan or frying pan with a thick bottom, because the mass should warm up evenly. Add any spices to taste.


  • Cream (15% fat content) – 250 ml
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Nutmeg - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the garlic cloves, lightly crush with a knife blade and finely chop.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Pour in warm cream, add salt, spices and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes on low heat.
