Ingredients
- Plums - 2 kg
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Garlic (dried) – 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 400 g
- Curry - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plum, add a little water and boil it for 20-30 minutes until soft.
Grind through a sieve and add all the spices.
Bring the sauce to a boil again and cook for another 10 minutes.
