When you want something exotic, with tropical and Asian notes - I highly recommend trying mango sauce. It is perfect for meat in any form. Now something similar can be found in stores, but the taste is completely different.
Ingredients
- Mango - 2 pieces
- Water - 150 ml
- Lime juice - 1 tsp.
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the mango.
Add 100 ml of water, lime juice and spices, and simmer until soft.
Unmount everything with a pusher.
Dilute the starch in the remaining water, pour into the sauce and mix.
Remove it from the heat.
