- Orange - 1 piece
- Cream - 150 ml
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Honey - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Meat broth (or duck fat) – 4-5 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Mix with the broth, add a little zest and boil the mass.
Pour in the cream and boil a little over low heat, stirring.
Add honey, salt and pepper to taste.
You can add orange liqueur.
