Many are skeptical about salads with pasta, but in fact it is a very tasty and satisfying dish. It is often prepared in Egypt, Italy and many other countries. I'm sharing a recipe for pasta salad with tuna and vegetables!
Ingredients
- Pasta - 100 g
- Corn (canned) – 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 3 leaf
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (for pasta) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add salt, pasta and cook until tender.
Flip the pasta into a colander and rinse lightly.
Remove the tuna fillet from the jar and mash it with a fork.
Chop cherry tomatoes, lettuce leaves and peeled onions.
Mix pasta, tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and washed corn.
Pepper, salt and season the salad with vegetable oil.
