- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Bell pepper (medium) – 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage, dry it and chop it into thick strips.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop tomatoes and peeled bell pepper.
In a wide salad bowl, mix the cabbage with salt.
Add avocado, tomatoes, bell pepper, olive oil and ground coriander. Gently mix with salad tongs.
