- Lettuce - 4-8 leaves

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the chickpeas overnight, and the next day fry them in olive oil for about 15-20 minutes until crisp.
Boil the quinoa according to the instructions.
Beat off the chicken fillet, season to taste, fry on both sides and cut into strips.
Cut the sweet potato into cubes and fry in olive oil until soft.
Separately chop and fry the mushrooms.
Chop the avocado and cherry, and put all the ingredients in deep bowls.
Sprinkle the salad with spices and sesame seeds to taste.
