This is a lighter and more casual hodgepodge – without red meat and smoked meats. Nevertheless, chicken with sausages is more than enough to keep the dish hearty and appetizing. Serve the hodgepodge with lemon and green onion!
Ingredients
- Chicken broth - 2 l
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 1 piece
- Sausages - 150 g
- Olives - 1 bank
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Green onion - 4 pen
- Celery root - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, carrot and celery root. Put in a bowl of a slow cooker with oil and turn on the "Frying" mode for 10 minutes.
After 7 minutes, add the tomato paste and stir.
At the end, add all the other chopped ingredients, pour in the broth and cook the hodgepodge in the "Soup" mode for about 45-50 minutes.
