Here's an interesting recipe I once found in an Italian cookbook. I tell you what to do so that the soup turns out to be rich, and the meatballs do not fall apart. In addition to spinach, you can add other herbs to taste.

Finely chop the greens and a little spinach, and send it to the stuffing.

Add spices, form small meatballs and fry them on all sides.

Fill with water, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Add chopped carrots and onions, and after 5-7 minutes – spinach, spices and vermicelli.

Cook the soup until the noodles are ready.
